Oh marital bliss. I must truly be married when my husband doing the dishes is what makes me happy. Don't get me wrong, I am happy with my husband and I am in love. But the greatest gift he gives me is when he pays attention to what I ask of him. Now josh is absolutely not a slob. It just so happens that in the first few months we were married several new video games came out and this means josh was lost in the world of Xbox. Now in all honesty I don't mind the Xbox, what was upsetting was coming home from work to a messy house day after day. Finally, after a month or so of hinting and suggesting (I like to believe it was not nagging) josh finally understood. He realized he could come home, take the trash out and load the dishwasher and then enjoy his video games. Yes, he understood me. It's not that I can't do those chores it is just such a blessing that he understands I work all day, cook, do laundry and clean the rest of the house and him just pitching in is so wonderful. (and yes laundry is my enemy that I face weekly because it's what josh would like me to do).

- I am surviving my twenties and looking forward to thriving in my thirties. I love my hubs, our little Nugget (Lincoln), my sweet pup, watching hockey & college football, doing crafts, decorating my house, netflix, mojitos and popcorn with peanut butter m&ms! Baby Hocking 2.0 is due in November and we cannot wait to meet this little man!
