And it's here. The craziness of halloween, costumes & candy, harvest & pumpkins has flown by...whats left is a few changing leaves, cool brisk mornings and maybe a few more pumpkin flavored items. But what we get in return? The HOLIDAY CRAZE!!!! Or what I like to call, HOLIDAZE! Yay. I have to admit I asked my husband if we could get a Christmas tree, he very dryly said NO! :(Luckily, seeing Targets Christmas items erases all my sadness of not getting a tree. HAve you been to Target yet???
Um, AHH-MAZING! I am in love with their yarn wreaths, stockings, TABLE SETTINGS, just truly about everything! Every year I am truly more and more giddy about this time of year, I cannot even imagine how wonderful this holiday season will be when we have babies!!!Here is the beginning of my holiday decor now that my pumpkins have been cooked and all my fall decor has been packed away. I COMPLETELY & TOTALLY stole this chalkboard saying and idea from my favorite blogger
littlebabygarvin.blogspot.com she is the QUEEN of chalkboards and I only wish I could be 1/10 as talented as she is...but alas, here is my little version of her holiday chalkboard, which I have to admit just makes me happy to look at :)
Lastly, I just bought yards upon yards of burlap because for some reason I am feeling like its going to be a burlap themed Christmas :) My plans are to make stockings, pillows, table runners ect. Stay tuned for the results! Now, excuse me as I get back to listening to my pandora holiday station! Cheers
